默写式智力激励法(w riting一from一memoryintelligenee eneouraging method)无参照扩散法的一种。由联邦德国创造学家荷立创造。其特点是用书面畅述来激励智力。具体做法是:每次会议由6人参加,每人用书面提出3个设想,要在5分钟内完成,所以又称635法。开会时,会议主持人宣布议题,并对与会者提出的疑问进行解释。接着每人发3张卡片。第一个5分钟内,每人针对议题在卡片上填写3个设想,然后将卡片传给右邻的到会者。第二个5分钟内,每人从别人的3个设想中得到新的启发,再在卡片上填写3个新的设想,然后将设想的卡片再传给右邻的到会者。这样,半小时内可传递6次,一共可产生108个设想635法可避免许多人争相发言而使设想遗漏的弊病。其不足是相互激励的气氛没有公开发言方式强、 (租们撰吴万森审)
