做法:

①鱼肉切丁,鸭肝切丁,大蒜切厚片。

②鱼肉、鸭肝分别上浆过油后捞出。

③炒勺上火,放入蒜片炒香,下入过油滑后的鱼丁、鸭肝丁翻炒两下。

④迅速倒入兑好调味的碗芡,爆炒两下,裹匀汁芡出勺。

蒜香浓郁,黑白相间。
