雌孕激素连续序贯疗法
该疗法是激素替代治疗的用药方式之一，即在一个用药周期中，前一段时间用雌激素，后一段时间用雌孕激素，而且在任何两个用药周期之间，无停药间隙。通常以28天为1个治疗周期，前14～16天用雌激素，后12～14天用雌孕激素。该疗法适用于绝经时间较短(＜5年)的病例，可能造成药物撤退性出血，多发生在孕激素撤退后。这种药物撤退性出血，通常不超过月经量，经期比既往行经时间稍短，并随用药时间延长，出血量逐渐减少，出血时间也缩短，最终可能不再有药物撤退性出血发生。
