性质:一种以活动胶片法逐层收集单晶X射线二维衍射数据的衍射仪。仪器运转收集零层数据时以单色特征X射线垂直入射于安置在仪器中轴测角头上已沿某一晶轴定向的单晶上,并使晶样在沿晶轴旋转时,同步地控制围绕中轴圆柱状的感光胶片筒沿平行于轴线的正、反向作往复的平移折返运动(晶体每转2°,胶片筒平移1mm)。实验中还需使用层线屏以实行分层收集二维衍射数据。在收集非零层数据时,实行等倾斜法,入射X射线将以特定倾角μ与转轴斜交。
