黑白花牛 Black-White 体型最大3、分布最广、产奶量最高的奶牛品种。原产于荷兰的西弗里斯兰和北荷兰省。因毛色呈黑白花片,故名。分乳用和乳肉兼用两型。头狭长,额有白三角星或白鼻梁,角细短,体型略呈楔形,腹下、四肢、关节和尾帚均为白色。乳用型牛体格高大,乳房特别发达,静脉明显。年平均产奶量6500~7500千克。兼用型牛体型略小,身躯低矮宽深,乳房匀称,附着良好。年平均产奶量4500~6000千克。肥育后的屠宰率可达55%~60%,肉质细嫩多汁。中国引进种公牛与当地母黄牛杂交选育,偏乳用型。
