The area proportions of different types of muscle fibers were studied in the breast and leg muscles of Gushi chickens at different stages (4,8,12,16 week) and the total area of red and middle muscle fibers (SR+M) ,the area of middle muscle fiber (SM) and the area of white muscle fibers (SW) were determined.

将２８８只ＡＡ鸡分成４组，分别置于２５１０、２９９８、３３０８和３６９２℃的温控室内，研究不同高温环境对肉鸡生产性能、腿肌水分、蛋白质和脂肪含量及血浆甲状腺激素、胰岛素水平的影响结果表明：高温极显著减少肉鸡体增重（Δｍ体）和采食量（ｍ料）（Ｐ＜００１），提高饲料转化率（ｍ料／Δｍ体）（Ｐ＜００１）高温有降低腿肌中蛋白质含量和提高脂肪含量的趋势不同高温条件下，各试验组与对照组相比，血浆Ｔ３浓度先升高后降低Ｔ４浓度先升高后显著下降；各试验组胰岛素浓度未发现有规律性变化３６９２℃的高温下，短期内鸡只死亡率高
