criteria of diagnosing the mental retarded in the Soviet Union
苏联诊断智力落后的标准(eriteria。fd lagnosing the mental retarded in thesoViet Un工on)与美国缺陷学会的钾力落后诊断标准不同，在苏联，若对儿童作出智力落后的诊断结论，必须有两部分人参加，作出两方面的诊断:一方‘面由精神神经科医生，作出脑红l织是否有损伤的诊断;另一方面由从事智力落后儿童教育I_作的教师参加，作出认识过程是否有持续障碍的诊断。如果还不足以判断儿靛是否摺力落后时，就再加上实验心理学的勺-法，这一仁作通常由病理心理学家或从事智力落后教育的教师主持。苏联与西方不尽相同的诊断标准，是与他们对智力落后概念的理解分不开的参见“苏联智力落后定义”。 (李幸忠撰赵亚忠审)
