性质:利用炸药的爆炸,产生高压冲击波传给液体介质,加压于模体,使粉料在各方向同时均匀受压。与一般等静压成型的区别在于:装置简单,不带附属的高压系统,爆炸的瞬间可达30000~100000MPa的巨大高压,操作周期短,成形后坯体密度高,硬度大,可再精加工。操作控制较难,要加强防护和安全。
