| 棘球绦虫属 Echinococcus 绦虫纲带绦虫科的一属。世界性分布。已报告13种，确认的只有4种。3种已证实对人、畜均能造成严重的病害。 细粒棘球绦虫的成虫体长2.0～9.2毫米。具有2～5 个体节，多数3个体节。头节有吻突，上具28～40个大钩和小钩，排列呈2圈。第一体节未成熟，第二体节成熟 ，第三体节是孕节。内含500～800个圆形或卵圆形的六钩蚴虫卵。 生活史需要2个宿主。成虫的终宿主主要是狗 、狼和豺等 。幼虫期称为棘球蚴，棘球蚴的中间宿主主要是牛 、羊、马 、骆驼、猪以及鹿 、羚羊、黄羊等 ，人体也会感染得病。棘球蚴寄生的部位以肝和肺为主，棘球蚴再生力甚强为害极重。细粒棘球绦虫为世界性分布。 多房棘球绦虫主要是20世纪50年代之后确立的新病原虫种。成虫主要寄生于北极狐、红狐和狗。虫体全长 1.2～3.7毫米。体节3～5节。吻钩14～36个。幼虫期为多房型的棘球蚴。中间宿主为野生田鼠。分布于北极地区及美国。中国西北部亦有本种流行区。多房棘球蚴主要侵害肝、肺。人体主要因接触狗、红狐而被感染。 |
