即ttl light measuring。通过镜头测量通光量，与滤光镜的曝光，光圈焦距等参数无关。测光方式分为平均，局部，中央重点测光等。任何一种测光方法都大同小异，但像逆光这种照明法，被摄体的明暗反差出现极度的不同，或者是像显微摄影等方法，会出现不同的差别。
