Fifteen variables from 57 consecutive patients with acute gangrenous cholecystitis admitted from 1999 to 2001 were included for statistical analysis.
发现 196例急性胆囊炎患者中 ,急性坏疽性胆囊炎 5 7例 (2 9% ) ,12例行剖腹胆囊切除术 ,4 5例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (L C) ,其中 31例 (6 9% )获得成功 ,14例 (31% )中转开腹。

病名。系阴囊的一种严重感染，可因尿道周围炎、尿外渗、阴囊外伤或高温和化学性损伤、糖尿病、营养失调、全身衰竭等情况，引起阴囊感染，继续发展形成局部缺血，造成坏死。临床表现与治疗详见特发性阴囊坏疽条。
