坏疽性阴茎头炎
gangrenous balanitis
又称为“Corbus disease”。由口腔内梭形弧菌和类螺旋体引起的阴茎头坏死性炎性病变。初期在阴茎包皮内板处出现小红色糜烂病灶，随后皮肤变硬变黑，阴茎头部迅速坏死。应急诊切开阴茎背侧，双氧水湿敷及使用抗生素。
