To guarantee effectively different services’QoS of mobile user,this paper widens the application of policy mechanism,and employs meta-policy as means to create control policies and achieves adaptive resource management automatically for mobile handoff based on the QoS attribute of services in policy form and the prediction information of the mobile node.

The main purpose of this paper is to optimize the heterogeneous data integration scheduling algorithm by materialization strategies,the query processing flow is introduced from the whole.
