This study was designed to examine the ultrastructural changes of ovine oocytes classified according to follicular size and layers of cumulus cells before and after in vitro culture.
实验利用透射电镜研究了根据卵泡大小和卵丘细胞层多少分类后各类绵羊卵母细胞在体外成熟培养前后超微结构的变化 ,结果表明 :小卵泡 (直径小于 1mm)卵经过体外培养其线粒体、皮层颗粒等细胞器均未达到成熟卵母细胞中这两种超微结构的分布状态 ;大、中两类卵泡(直径大于 3mm和 1 3mm)卵经过体外培养细胞质成熟较好 ,但其线粒体的分布与体内成熟卵稍有差异 ,说明当前的培养系统并不能支持卵胞质充分成熟 。
