Specific primers were derived from the conserved motif of NBS sequence at the Cre3 locus, which conferred resistance to cereal cyst nematode (CNN) in the wild wheat ( Triticum tauschii ),and the specific primers were used in isolating a cereal cyst nematode resistance gene through a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) cloning approach.
利用来自节节麦的抗禾谷孢囊线虫基因Cre3位点NBS区保守序列设计特异引物 ,从含有来自易变山羊草的抗禾谷孢囊线虫基因的小麦品系E 10的基因组中PCR扩增得到一条约 5 30bp的单一条带 。

According to the conversed sequences of NBS and LRR region of cereal cyst nematode resistance gene Cre3 from wild wheat (Triticum tauschlii) and the known NBS-LRR group resistance genes, two pairs of specific primers were designed for NBS and LRR region, respectively.
