Specific primers were derived from the conserved motif of NBS sequence at the Cre3 locus, which conferred resistance to cereal cyst nematode (CNN) in the wild wheat ( Triticum tauschii ),and the specific primers were used in isolating a cereal cyst nematode resistance gene through a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) cloning approach.
利用来自节节麦的抗禾谷孢囊线虫基因Cre3位点NBS区保守序列设计特异引物 ,从含有来自易变山羊草的抗禾谷孢囊线虫基因的小麦品系E 10的基因组中PCR扩增得到一条约 5 30bp的单一条带 。

According to the conversed sequences of NBS and LRR region of cereal cyst nematode resistance gene Cre3 from wild wheat (Triticum tauschlii) and the known NBS-LRR group resistance genes, two pairs of specific primers were designed for NBS and LRR region, respectively.

为苋种植物老枪谷的根。
【植物形态】
老枪谷(《龙沙记略》)，又名：红苋菜、尾穗苋。 一年生草本，高达1.5米。茎粗壮，有棱角。叶菱状卵形或菱状披针形，长4-15厘米，宽2～8厘米，先端短渐尖或圆钝，具小芒尖，基部楔形，全缘；两面无毛，脉上疏生柔毛。圆锥花序顶生，下垂；花单性，雄花及雌花混生于同一花簇；苞片及小苞片干膜质，红色，披针形；萼片5，长椭圆形；雄花，雄蕊5；雌花，花柱3。胞果近卵形，盖裂。花期夏秋。 我国各地均有栽培。
【化学成分】
叶含甜菜碱、草酸盐。种子含植物凝集素和脂肪油，其中含饱和脂肪酸23.8%，不饱和脂肪酸71%，不皂化物3.2%；脂肪酸中有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸；不皂化物中含4种甾体，其中之一为β-谷甾醇。

滋补强壮。

①治小儿疳积：老枪谷根四钱，小槐花三钱，爵床二钱。水煎服。 ②治虚损、头昏、四肢无力：老枪谷根一两，土党参五钱，四照果一两，蔓性千斤拔一两。水煎服。(功用主治以下出《湖南药物志》)
