9-Carbonyl-(E)-2-decenoic acid was synthesized from 1-(phenylsulfonyl)-2-acetone and 5-bromo-ethyl valerate in five steps, which was enzymatic reduced with bakers yeast to give S-9-hydroxyl-(E)-2-decenoic acid.
9-羰基-(E)-2-癸烯酸和9-羟基-(E)-2-癸烯酸为蜂王信息素的主要组分,以1-苯磺酰基-2-丙酮和5-溴戊酸乙酯为原料,通过烷基化、羰基保护、还原、Wittig-Horner反应、水解等一系列功能基转化后得到9-羰基-(E)-2-癸烯酸,再经贝克酵母生物酶促还原合成了手性的S-9-羟基-(E)-2-癸烯酸,全程收率28%。
