主料:排骨
辅料;尖椒
调料:盐、料酒、胡椒粉、姜、葱姜水、鸡精、酱油、食用油
做法:
1、 将排骨洗净切成小块,加入料酒、葱姜水、盐、鸡精、酱油腌30分钟后捡出控干水分待用,辣椒切滚刀块;
2、 坐锅点火倒油,待油热后放入排骨炸至金黄色捞出;
3、 锅内留底油,倒入姜片煸出香味,放辣椒、排骨、盐、鸡精翻炒即可。
特点:肉嫩香辣
