| 带蛾 Eupterotidae；long-haired caterpillars 鳞翅目带蛾科的通称。世界已知约100种，中国约有50种。带蛾为大型蛾类，夜间活动，有趋光性。幼虫密被次生刚毛，常在体背面集拢成束状长毛，但缺明显的毛瘤，体毛色泽变化较多，有毒毛。卵多为半球状。幼虫有 5 对腹足。作茧化蛹，薄茧外面加杂脱落的体毛。多生活于森林中，取食林木和灌丛的叶片。中国常见的有：抚带蛾，为害忍冬科植物；中华金带蛾，体金黄色，翅展达90毫米，前翅具赤色波状纹，顶角有赤色长斑。为害泡桐叶片。 |
