在产品计价的一种常用方法。它是将全部生产成本同时在完工产品与月末在产品之间进行分配。该方法的关键是将月末在产品数量按其完工程度折算成相当于完工产品的数量，也就是约当产量。然后按照完工产品产量（约当量为100）与月末在产品约当产量的比例划分完工产品成本月末在产品成本。在计算月末在产品约当产量时，由于在产品的各项生产费用投入程度不一样，因此，要求分别不同的成本项目计算其约当产量。一般而言，直接材料项目应该按照投料方式计算约当产量，直接人工和制造费用则可以统一按在产品的加工程度计算其约当产量。
