补充资料:火龙鲜虾什锦丁
原料:
火龙果1个:鲜虾仁50克、鲜牛柳100克、腰果、四季豆、黄椒、葱、姜各少量、鲜柠檬片4片
调料:
盐、糖、鸡精、生粉。
做法:
1、虾仁、牛柳走油炸成金黄色,取出留用;
2、火龙果一切二,挖空其肉,做成盅,放在盘上,旁边用柠檬片围边,做成装饰;四季豆、黄椒切成手指头大小;
3、将挖出的火龙果肉做成丁和四季豆黄椒加调料飞水后再和虾仁、牛柳一起爆炒用淀粉勾芡;
4、然后放入挖好的火龙果里。
功效:
牛柳可补充体力,火龙果可补充维生素,适合熬夜人群。
