暑湿喘逆 暑湿喘逆 病证名。因感受暑湿而引发之喘证。《症因脉治·喘症论》指出此证因“暑湿袭于皮毛,干于肺胃。”症见喘息气粗,烦闷口渴,多言身重,汗出身仍热,脉多濡软或见微缓。治宜清暑利湿为主。如汗多口渴,用清暑益元散;脉言,用黄连解毒汤或竹叶石膏汤;如暑湿身痛,无汗喘逆者,宜汗解,用羌活胜湿汤等方。参见暑喘、湿喘条。
