FEA of compressive shear compound rubber elastic wheel is conducted according to the rigidity design principles of rubber elastic wheel under the condition of an axle-load of 16t,wheel diameter of 860mm and a design running speed of 100km/h.
根据橡胶弹性车轮的刚度设计原则,以轴重16 t,φ860 mm轮径,设计运行速度100 km/h为目标,对压剪复合型橡胶弹性车轮进行有限元分析,研究在预压装和不同载荷下橡胶的变形状态,以及橡胶弹性车轮的径向、横向刚度和综合变形刚度,与刚度实际测量结果进行对比,并进行噪声对比测试,以获取合理的结构设计,达到满意的减振降噪效果。
