In this paper,the non-active red streptomyces was utilized to adsorb Pb~(2+)from Pb~(2+)-containing wastewater in the laboratory,and some factors which effect lead uptake greatly such as pH value,dosage of red Streptomyces,co-existing ions、contacting time were found.

Based on morphological, physiological, and biochemical as well as molecular biologicalcharacteristics, SPRI 94166 was identified as Streptomyces lavendulae.
菌株SPIR94166是从广西采集的土壤样品中分离得到的具有产除草活性物质菌株,根据其形态学特征、生理生化特性和分子生物学特性等,认为菌株SPIR94166是属于淡紫灰链霉菌。

Based on the results of morphological, physiological, chemotaxonomic characteristics and 16S rRNA analysis, strain ZG0429 was placed within the genus Streptomyces and identified as the species Streptomyces lavendulae.
从土壤中筛选得到1株高产链霉亲和素的放线菌ZG0429,根据形态观察、培养特征、生理生化鉴定以及16S rRNA序列分析,初步判定该菌株为链霉菌属中的淡紫灰链霉菌(Streptomyces lavendulae)。
