In order to locate the focus position quickly and accurately,and reduce the errors due to locating earthquakes as far as possible,we apply POWELL method and simulated annealing method which are used to get the minimum of criterion function,PTD method which is used to get focus depth,and reverse station method to locate regional earthquakes.
