接触脱敏法
contact desensitization
接触脱敏法(eontaer desen、itization)系统脱敏法的一种变式，通过让病人实际地触摸所惧怕的刺激物而减轻和最终消除他对该刺激物的恐惧反应〕此法在依焦虑层次渐进性暴露的基础上，外加了示范和触摸，即让病人首先观看治疗者处理或玩弄他们所害怕的实际刺激物，尔后照着做，一直到用手握或触摸而不感紧张不安时为止。这种脱敏方法特别适用于那些患具体物件恐怖症的病人，如小动物(蛇、蜘蛛、虹躬}和小白鼠)恐怖症。实施接触脱敏前，通常先对病人进行放松训练，以对抗脱敏过程中出现的紧张反应。在治疗者示范后，多数病人不可能立即达到用手触摸而不害怕的学习效果，因此要求按蕉虑层次，步步地实施脱敏。例如，可以计个蛇恐怖症的病人先远远地观看，逐渐缩短同蛇的距离;尔后由治疗者握住蛇的头和尾，让病人戴着手套接触蛇身，同时作出放松反应。经多次的脱敏治疗，许多病人终将消除对蛇的恐惧反应对少数有认知原因的恐怖症病人，应增加相应的认知矫正措施，以增强脱敏治疗的效果。 (梁宝勇撰徐俊见审)
