| 增生 hyperplasia 细胞通过分裂繁殖而数目增多的现象。有生理性增生和病理性增生两种。因适应生理需要而发生，且其程度未超过正常限度者，称为生理性增生。人体一部分组织损害后，其余部分的代偿性增生也属生理性增生 。由病理原因引起的，超过正常范围的增生称为病理性增生。生理性增生又分为代偿性增生和内分泌性增生。生理性增生的机理目前尚不完全清楚。病理性增生多与激素刺激有关；肿瘤细胞增多所致的肿瘤性增生也属于病理性增生范围。但习惯上狭义的增生多指良性非肿瘤性病变。增生与肥大虽是两个不同的概念，实际上增生的同时常有肥大。由于适应生理需要而发生的增生或损伤后的代偿性增生，能够增强或补偿局部代谢、功能上的改变，对身体是有益的。但是病理性增生往往有害于机体。 |
