Through analysing the characteristics of the tourist resources and the questions of the spatial development of the southern Taihang Mountains, the authors suggest that for the promotion of the efficiency of the spatial organizing system,four functional regions, three tourist service centers,one tourist passageway and four tourist circular lines should be made.
