Methods and practice of teaching reform in physics experiment course are introduced, from the aspects of the laboratory construction, the innovation of teaching model, the setup of new physics course system and the construction of various teaching environment.

In this paper, the main problems existing currently in physics experiment course of some teachers training colleges are pointed out and the conception of building the layers teaching system in the physics experiment course is also proposed.
