This paper analyses the importance of practice teaching and necessity of integrated practice base construction of biology department in colleges.

It proposes that it is necessary to establish government-dominant,colleges &universities-based and enterprise-support region comprehensive intern base to connect teaching and skill training &certificating,technical application and service providing together to share the resources effectively and achieve rapid vocational educat.

The single-course practice turning into the comprehensive practice was explored, as well as the organizational form, general idea, working technique of synthesis practice, and the experience gained and existing problems are analyzed.

Aiming at the existing problems in the past,this article introduced the cultivating scheme of comprehensive practice and then discussed the specific methods and steps of actualizing.

The Relationship Between Establishment of Practice Base and Improvement of Metal-working Course;

Construction and development of surveying practice base for the specialty of surveying and mapping engineering;

Study on the mechanism in establishing teaching practice bases out of university;

Only in this way,can we set up the effective and feasible practice bases.

In this paper, based on the author’s experience, the construction principles of practice bases are proposed.

Facing with the new requirements of social development about "paying attention to competence" with the talents training education in the 21st century,we are actively reforming teaching process,and strengthening strongly the construction of off-campus practice bases.
