By studying vibration trends,waveform frequency spectrum,axis trajectory map,down load and vibration the diagram,as well as oil temperature,oil pressure and vibration the diagram,it is found that the device main air compressor motor vibration anomaly is due to lower oil temperature,oil pressure caused by the changes,which led to the oil whip.
兰州石化公司300万t/年重油催化裂化装置主风机组电机振动突然由50多μm增加到100μm,甚至有时达到160μm,而且有较大的波动,通过研究、分析振动趋势图、波形频谱图、轴心轨迹图、降负荷与振动的关系图以及油温、油压与振动的关系图,发现该装置主风机组电机振动异常的原因是由于油温的降低引起油压的变化,进而引起了油膜振荡。
