| 牛皮蝇属 Hypoderma；cattle grub 双翅目皮蝇科的一属。中国常见的有牛皮蝇和纹皮蝇2种，幼虫均寄生在牛背部皮下组织内，引起慢性的寄生虫病；偶尔寄生于人、马、驴、羊和野生动物。由于皮蝇幼虫的寄生，致使皮革质量降低，产乳量下降，患畜消瘦，幼畜发育不良，造成经济上的损失。该病在牧区普遍存在。 牛皮蝇和纹皮蝇的生活史基本相同，一年发生1代。成蝇期不叮咬牛只，也不取食，雌蝇产卵后即死亡。卵经4～7天孵化；纹皮蝇的一龄幼虫沿寄主的毛孔钻入皮肤内，在皮下移行，经两个半月进入咽头和食道部发育为二龄幼虫；二龄幼虫在食道壁停留五个月，最后进入牛背部皮下寄生，直到发育为三龄幼虫。牛皮蝇的一龄幼虫仅在皮下生长发育，到三龄幼虫时，也到达背部，引起指头大的隆起，并形成皮孔；幼虫以其后气门朝向皮孔，进行气体交换。经2～3个月，老熟幼虫由皮孔钻出，落地入土化蛹，经1～2个月后羽化为蝇。患畜可用敌百虫、滴滴涕、倍硫磷、皮蝇磷、蝇毒等药剂清除患畜体上的皮蝇幼虫。 |
