原产美国的卵肉兼用品种。体型椭圆而大，单冠。在我国的芦花鸡称为斑纹羽，羽毛黑白相间，斑纹宽狭一致。公鸡体重约4.5公斤，母鸡3.5公斤。生长快，肉质好，易肥育。产蛋较多，年产蛋180～200个，蛋重50～60克、壳红褚色。
