性质: 指氨基酸的非氧化性脱氨,此类脱氨作用大多在微生物中发生。有以下几种进行方式:  (1)还原脱氨基作用:R-CH(NH2)—COOH+2H→R—CH2—COOH+NH3  (2)水解脱氨作用:R—CH(NH2)—COOH+H2O→R—CHOH—COOH+NH3  (3)脱水脱氨基作用,针对苏氨酸和丝氨酸脱氨基;  (4)脱硫氢基脱氨基作用,针对半胱氨酸脱氨基;  (5)氧化还原脱氨基作用,两个氨基酸相互发生氧化还原反应,一个是氢的供体,另一个是氢的受体,反应结果生成一个有机酸、一个酮酸和氨。
