Based on the Volume-Parking Space Model,and the influence that the mode constitution of zonal trip attraction acted on parking demand,a method of urban parking demand forecast was presented in this paper.
本文以交通量-停车需求模型为基础,考虑了不同区位的小区出行吸引的交通方式构成对停车需求的影响,提出了先根据各小区出行吸引的交通方式构成对小区进行聚类分组,再分组预测未来年出行吸引的交通方式构成,继而预测各小区停车需求量的方法。

【过度需求模型1对经验性的菲利普斯曲线在理沦上的说明，由R.G·利普西提出。这一模型运用了名义货币工资概念，从单个劳动力市场的供需关系中推导得出菲利普斯曲线。主要论证包括:(l)在劳动力市场上，对劳动力的过度需求与货币工资增长率成正比例关系;(2)对劳动力的过度需求与失业率成反函数关系;(3)由前两点得出货币工资变化率与失业率成负相关关系的结论。
