The CSPC Nanhai Petrochemicals project is the largest Chinese-foreign cooperative project by the Royal Dutch Shell Company and China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC).
CSPC-南海石化项目是英荷壳牌与中国海洋石油公司合作的最大的中外合作项目,项目场地勘察要求执行中国国家标准和美国ASTM标准,由于两种标准存在的差异,项目部成立了QC课题组结合场地实际,对两种标准进行了对比研究,通过项目的实施使岩土工程师对国外选进的土分类系统有较为深入的了解。
