| 疏散星团 open cluster 星团的一类。又称银河星团。疏散星团的外形不规则，成员星数比球状星团少得多，只有几十个到上千个。疏散星团的大小为几秒差距，质量为几十到千倍太阳质量。疏散星团属星族Ⅰ天体，它们分布在银道面附近。根据疏散星团的赫罗图和现代恒星演化理论，可以确定疏散星团的年龄。结果表明，疏散星团的年龄相差很大，有的年轻，有的年老。已发现1000多个疏散星团，其中最著名的如昴星团、毕星团、鬼星团等。 |
