拖欠险
【拖欠险】信用保险中对于买家提货后逾期不付货款所致损失的保障，属于商业信用风险项下的责任。早期的信用保险曾经只保破产，不保拖欠。以后扩展到拖欠，但同时规定了一些限制条件:①拖欠必须达到较长时间，如，内贸信用险一般规定3个月，出口信用险一般规定6个月或4个月;②买卖双方必须已按合同规定送交和接收了货物;③买卖双方之间不存在任何争议;④被保险人必须尽一切努力催收货款。其目的，在于将保险负责的拖欠限定在买家财务十分困难，已经处在破产边缘这一种情况。在西方国家的内贸信用险中，拖欠项下的索赔并不常见，但在出口信用险中，拖欠项下的索赔往往是第一位的。
