Policy Development of Combination of Sports and Education in Colleges and Universities of China;

After the development of 20 years,the combination of sports and education in Shanghai has obtained some achievements,such as the system had been improved,the distribution of sport events and the structure of different level sport teams were reasonable,the level of coaches had raised and the fund had been partly solved.

In order to develop China competitive sports continuously after the Olympic period of 2008, we must explore the successful way of training the reserve athletes of competitive sports which is suitable for Chinese characteristics and advance timely the strategy change by the combination of sports and education in the new period.

This article investigates the restricting factors affecting "the combination of Sports and Education" in colleges and universities in Jiangsu province using the methods of documentation,expert talk and logical analysis.

Based on the present situation and the cultivation mode of sports reserve talents,various methods of strengthening the combination of sports and education are put forward,in order to perfect the cultivation system of Guangdong sports reserve talents and the cultivation of 2008 Olympic talents.

With the help of literature researching and logic analysis,this paper focuses on the feasibility and inevitability of the combination of sports and education from the two dimensions of social and individual needs.

10-Year Development of Integration of Sports and Education in Shanghai;

As a completely new cultivation concept and system,integration of sports and education has been executed in Shanghai middle and elementary schools.

Taking the sports teams featuring integration of sports and education in 27 middle schools in Shanghai as the subjects and by the methods of questionnaire and interview,the opinions of the coaches and the heads of the PE teaching groups in middle schools and the leaders of the municipal and district sport administration were obtained.

Through the methods of literature search,questionnair,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,this essasy made a research of 21 variables and determined six main factors that affected "combination of training and teaching" in Shanghai City through the application of factor analysis thoery.

By using the method of documentary,questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of "combination of training and teaching" in Shanghai City,points out the basic approach is to enhance and perfect the management mechanism,reform the current contest system,normalize athlete enrolment,positively usher in the outstanding coaches and athlete.

From an angle of sustainable development of the amateur training of youngsters, the articleanalyses the present situation of the youngsters amateur training in Shanghai and discusses the devel-opment of amateur sports school and the combination of sports and teaching.

With experience of long term practice, the authors analysed the characteristics and re-straining factors concerning the combination of sports and teaching, aiming at solving the problem andfinding the applicable development measures.
