【贷款摇求预测】正确地预测贷款需求，对于合理地安排银行资产结构，满足客户需要具有重要意义。预测贷款需求的要点是:(1)根据历史资料，分析贷款需求的季节性变化和总的发展趋势。(2)结合本地区预测期内经济发展状况，分析可能发生的变化因素。一般说来，新的经济开发区，经济增长迅速，放款需求增长较快，相反，进人稳定阶段的地区或经济发展优势衰落的地区，贷款需求增长较慢，甚至还有可能缩减。(3)产业循环的不同阶段会形成不同的贷款需求。经济高度活跃时期，贷款需求容易上升到普通趋势线以_L;在经济衰退时期或萧条时期，贷款需求量会下降贷款需求的预测，要与经济预测结合在一起，根据不同时期的经济状况，调整预测结果。(4)国家经济政策的变化会刺激或限制某些行业或地区的经济发展，从而导致贷款需要量的扩张或萎缩。(5)预测期内社会心理因素的影响。在社会安全、政局稳定、国内外商品市场繁荣、经济上升的条件下，企业普遍乐于投资，会刺激贷款需求的上升;国内外市场不景气，消费、投资需求下降，贷款需求减少贷款需求的预测，还要重点掌握银行主要客户的经营情况，信贷人员应事先进行调查，如新产品的设计和投产情况、设备的更新和添置、来年订货单的数量、贷款需要量、时间上的安排等等，以便及时筹集资金，满足客户的需求量，
