地速--地速是指飞机相对与地面物体的速度。一般小型飞机上设备较简单，一般测量速度的装置是空速杆，能测出飞机相对于空气的速度，加上空气相对于地面的速度（即风速）就应该是地速了，但由于风速的不固定和空速杆的误差，所以需要地面雷达来帮忙精确确认一下。大型飞机和军用飞机有完善的导航设备（如地形雷达和gps），一般用不着地面雷达帮忙。
