Recently, the local asymptotics of random walks has caused people s research interests due to the need of theory and application.

This paper discusses the equilibrium points of a class of improved signal range cellular neural networks described by invariant cloning templates and studies the existence,number and local asymptotic stability of equilibrium points in each saturation region by constructing the suitable iterative mapping according to the invariability of state feedback template and delay feedback template.
