The Parashorea chinensis forest in Gulinqing of Maguan County,southeastern Yunnan is dominated by Parashorea chinensis(Dipterocarpaceae)and Pometia tomentosa(Sapindaceae)and characterized by evergreen megaphanerophytes and mesophanerophytes,and abundant woody lianas and epiphytes.
云南东南部马关县古林箐的望天树群落以龙脑香科植物望天树为乔木层优势种,无患子科植物番龙眼为亚优势种,外貌以常绿大、中高位芽植物组成为特征,林内板根和茎花现象普遍,层间木质藤本和维管附生植物丰富,属于一种热带季节性雨林群落类型。

补充资料：古阳平关
位于勉县武侯镇莲水村，是古代勉县城所在地的东关，南北狭窄，纵横险要，为汉中盆地的西北门户。1935年勉县迁入现在的新城后，又将阳平关称为老城。
古阳平关在历史上是秦、蜀间军事战争和商旅的必经之道，也是汉中盆地的西北门户，因此在中国军事史上占有重要的地位，历史上古阳平关也发生过大大小小各类战争无数。
目前的古阳平城关正在修复之中，相信在不久的将来将会看到一个较完整的阳平关。
