For the purpose of predicting the human polⅡ promoter and non-promoters,the frequencies of hexamer in three regions(-249～-1;0～+50;-30～+30) and the frequencies of trimer at 24 positions(-31～-21;-4～+2;+25～+29) are selected as parameters,respectively for increment of diversity(ID) and Position-correlation score function(PCSF).
通过选取人类启动子与非启动子序列中不同的k-mer作为预测算法的基础特征,分别以三个区域(-249~-1;0~+50;-30~+30)的6-mer频数作为离散源参数构建离散增量,同时选取24个位点(-31~-21;-4~+2;+25~+29)的3-mer频数作为位置打分函数的参数,分别利用支持向量机和马氏判别式为判别函数对启动子进行预测。

The scoring function of Bayesian network structure is developed.
给出了变量之间k阶分类能力的概念及计算方法,并证明了k阶分类能力就是k阶分类正确率,以及k阶分类能力和条件独立性的等价性,在此基础上构造出基于分类能力的贝叶斯网络结构打分函数,同时结合依赖分析方法和打分-搜索方法建立了有效的贝叶斯网络结构学习方法,实验结果显示该方法能够有效地进行贝叶斯网络结构学习,并使学习得到的结构倾向于简单化。
