本我(id)亦译“伊德”、“伊底”、“原我“潜我”，弗洛伊德所提出的三种人格结构中的个组成成分本我占据了无意识的大部分，是人格中最原始、最难接近的部分。本我中包含着人类的本能冲动、性的驱力和被压抑的习惯倾回，围困着人的基本的心理能量或力比多。它如同一口沸腾的人锅一样，处十紧张状态。本我没有组织，不懂得价值判断，也不考虑外界的情况，而只依快乐原则追求直接的满足。弗洛伊德认为，自我和超我都是从本我中发展而来的，精神分析的任务就是要增强自我的功能在后来的著作中，他认为本我也是自我和超我赖以维持创造性的能量来源。荣格主张利用自我去整合本我，而不是屯服本我。 (梁宝勇撰徐俊觅审)
