  创造.型集体(ereative eolle。tiv。)能够运用创造学原则和方法进行创造性活动、产生创造成果的集体。它是以集体的高度团结为标志、以挖掘集体的内在潜力和创新为目标。其主要特征有:(l)集体成员搭配合理,其各种结构因素(年龄结构、专业结构、能力结构、性格结构、知识结构、信念结构等)具有良好的有机结合,以促使集体协调一致、取长补短、紧密团结和激发集体创造力。(2)有使集体成员感到富有活力、能决定集体动力的角色,包括创造个性特征显著并在集体创造活动中地位稳定的主要人物(固定角色),以及围绕某一创造项目组合起来发挥一定作用的人物(流动角色)。(3)有明确的社会动机和群体规范,集体成员有较高的集体意识,以及融洽的集体气氛。(4)集体成员良好的信息沟通,使知识交叉渗透,激发创造思维、增进相互合作。(5)具有最佳的人数限制,一般认为理想的人数为十一人左右,但己经结构化的集体人数可以多一些,结构较差的集体人数须控制在较少的范围。 (张明撰粗烟灵万森审)
