金属与砷生成的化合物。自然界中存在砷铜矿Cu3As、斜方砷铁矿FeAs2、砷钴矿CoAs2等砷化物。碱金属和碱土金属的砷化物及砷化锌Zn3As2等是离子型化合物，易被水或酸分解而产生砷化氢。很多金属的砷化物显示金属间化合物的性质。砷化物可由化学计量的金属和砷直接化合而制得。砷化物中应用最广的是砷化镓，为优良的半导体材料。
