针对国内高酸性气田脱水工艺应用实例较少的情况,文章分析了目前主要脱水工艺的优劣,对高酸性气田的脱水工艺进行合理的优化研究,最终选择了分子筛脱水工艺,并根据国外成熟应用经验,合理采用了湿气再生、双塔流程,为高效、经济地开发高酸性气田创造条件,同时亦提高了安全方面的可靠性。

原料：
面粉、猪肉末、精盐、葱花、白糖、鸡精、料酒、胡椒粉、葱姜汁适量。
做法：
1.面粉加温开水和成面团，揉匀揉透后搓条摘成坯子，擀成圆形皮子（尽量薄一些）待用。
2.肉末放盘内，加盐、葱花、白糖、鸡精、料酒、胡椒粉、葱姜汁和少许清水搅匀即成馅心。
3.将馅心包入皮子内捏拢成形，放进冰箱冷却一下。
4.平底不粘锅倒入适量油，先在火上烧一下，待油有些热的时候关火，把饺子整齐的放进锅里，加水至饺子的半身位置，盖上盖子以大火烧开转中火，待水煮干后开盖在加些水，平过饺子底部就可以了，盖上盖子以中火焖，待水烧干饺子底部发脆即可起锅装盘。
