Geochemistry of hydrocarbon source rocks in the Liupanshan basin at the northeastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau;

Tertiary Duofuton Na-rich mafic volcanic rocks,on northeastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and their tectonic implications;

By use of horizontal velocity data observed by GPS during 2001—2004 and 2004—2007 in the northeastern margin of Qinghai-Tibet block,aided by the negative dislocation model,the characteristics of horizontal crustal movement and the status of strain accumulation of this area are researched and following conclusion are drawn.

By transforming the reference frame of the velocity field of horizontal movement observed by GPS during 1999-2001 and 2001-2004 in the northeastern margin of Qinghai-Tibet block and then deducting the holistic movement of the region from it,the result out velocity field reflecting relative movement in the region is gotten.

Study on petrology and mineral chemical compositions of deep-derived mafic enclaves from high-K igneous rocks in Liuhe-Xiangduo area, eastern Tibet showed that the enclaves belong to metamorphic rocks formed in the mid-lower crust.

The mineral assemblages of spinel-lherzolite xenoliths in Maguan Area, Eastern Tibet are Ol+Opx+Cpx+Spl.

Thermochronological studies suggest that two types of high-potassic magmatism occur in eastern Tibet and the time of igneous activities corresponds to 40-28 Ma and 16-0 Ma, respectively.
