[目的]收集并分离泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染临床治疗失败患者的衣原体临床株,通过研究其体外药物敏感性和耐药的分子生物学机制,以及与药物临床疗效的相关性,了解本地区沙眼衣原体野生株的耐药情况,建立脱离细胞培养、操作性强的药物敏感性检测方法,为沙眼衣原体感染的合理治疗和衣原体感染传播的有效控制奠定基础。

The virus borne small brown planthopper, which could be supplied to healthy plants for virus inoculation,should be reared on the virus-infected plant from the low instar for more than 3 days and then after more than 15 days for virus incubation and multiplication.
所用的带毒病株可直接从田间寻获 ,若需自己制备 ,可将通过了循徊期的带毒灰稻虱接种到麦苗或稻苗 (3～ 5叶期为宜 )上传毒 ,待病苗症状表现后用于饲毒。
